Our goal is always to build longevity into your training so you have the skills and confidence to train no matter where you are. Our team will always initially assess any weaknesses and imbalances you may have and focus on improving these to build a solid foundation for your training.

For people who are new to resistance training or who find the prospect of going to a gym daunting, one to one training is great way to learn how to train properly and gain confidence in a safe and motivating environment. Our coaching team motivate and bring energy to the sessions on the days when you have none, teach consistency and tailor your training to enhance your lifestyle. We cater for all abilities and levels.

Small Group Training

Targeted, Challenging and motivating

We specialise in small group or semi private training for up to 6 people which is an ideal way to incorporate the benefits of personal training with the motivation, competitiveness and fun of a group dynamic. 

Whether it is working towards a common goal or event, sport specific training or just general conditioning, we can tailor the sessions to meet the needs of the group while modifying exercises to focus on the individual.
