Group Training

Our group strength and conditioning classes are a fun and cost effective way to improve fitness, strength or for weightloss. In our group sessions we stay true to our high standards of training and incorporate a mix of functional training, strength, stability, athletic movement development and core training. No two classes are the same. We like to constantly challenge the body’s different energy systems and muscles resulting in an efficient high intensity, calorie burning fun workout! We keep our class numbers small (8-10 people) to keep the quality of the sessions high and allow for careful monitoring. The exercises can be scaled to match the level of individuals in the group meaning that all participants are being challenged regardless of their ability and benefit from the sessions. For more information on individual or group training just get in touch!
