DSC’s one to one training is a great option whether you are looking to start a strength and conditioning program, overcome an injury, improve sporting performance, for weightloss or just to improve your general health. For clients who are brand new to resistance training or who find the prospect of going to a gym daunting, it is a great way to learn how to train properly and gain confidence in a safe and motivating environment. We cater for all abilities and levels. Regardless of your goals, our team will always initially assess any weaknesses and imbalances you may have and focus on improving these to build a solid foundation for your training. We also provide personal training for groups of 2, 3 or 4.
Our group strength and conditioning classes are a fun and cost effective way to improve fitness, strength or for weightloss. In our group sessions we stay true to our high standards of training and incorporate a mix of functional training, strength, stability, athletic movement development and core training. No two classes are the same. We like to constantly challenge the body’s different energy systems and muscles resulting in an efficient high intensity, calorie burning fun workout! We keep our class numbers small (8-10 people) to keep the quality of the sessions high and allow for careful monitoring. The exercises can be scaled to match the level of individuals in the group meaning that all participants are being challenged regardless of their ability and benefit from the sessions.
